Babacan Meridian Residence is a residential and commercial development by Babacan Yapı in Gayrettepe, Beşiktaş, Istanbul. According to the project presentation, it includes 70 residences and 8 commercial units within a stated construction area of 10,000 m². The development offers 1+1 and 2+1 apartments as well as 2+1 and 3+1 duplex residences. Planned features include smart-home systems, central underfloor heating, balconies and terraces, four levels of indoor parking, concierge services, fitness and Pilates facilities, a Turkish bath, sauna and 24/7 security. The presentation lists December 2027 as the expected handover date.
